The Void Literary is a magazine that is dedicated to supporting youth and young adult writers and artists. We are committed to providing a supportive and creative environment to help artists and writers get their work out into the world.

We Do NOT Accept or Allow:
- Anything made with the use or assistance of AI. We are a magazine that is strongly against all use of AI, and submissions using AI go against our core values and will not be considered for publication and will be immediately rejected.
- Any form of hate speech or discriminatory works
- Any form of plagiarism
Deadline: May 25, 2026
Guidelines:
- The use of AI and/or plagiarism is PROHIBITED, any submissions involving either of these will immediately be rejected.
- All pieces must be original, appropriate, and non-discriminatory.
- Written works must be submitted in 12pt, Times New Roman, double spaced, and as a PDF, DOC, or DOCX.
- Art should be submitted as a JPG/PDF and be high quality. Traditional artwork should be photographed with good lighting and no shadows.
- Please do not send screenshots of any work.
- We accept 1 written submission and 3 artwork submissions per person – each submission must be submitted as a new form.
- Regardless of acceptance or rejection you will receive an email regarding your status after the deadline.
- Written submissions must be a minimum of 250 words and a maximum of 5000. Please do not exceed this limit.
- Written submissions must be submitted in English.
